So here we have the first series of photos of cute pictures of Bobby with something cute on.
My friend Maureen bought this hat for Buttercup back in 2008 - and Bob was laying on the couch today looking cute and his ear was sticking up in such a way that the hat came into my mind - so I went and got it!
And boy does Bobby look cute! haha!
Buttercup almost seems sad that she didn't get to put the hat on - and before she hated wearing the hat! When you don't have the thing - you always WANT the thing!
A couple of backward shots - I am pretty sure that Bob likes having his photo taken. He's a real ham in front of the lens -
And that is going to work out fine for me - although photographing a black dog is going to be a learning curve for me - it's much easier taking photos of white dogs - black dogs are difficult. I'm willing to learn though, he's worth it.
Hahaha ... that hat looks familiar. Sorry Buttercup, you've got some serious competition in the cute department.
ReplyDeleteAgreed on photographing a black dog. It is hard, which is why I find myself taking more photographs of the white and beige cat.
Great shots Joan!
Pat
We have a black lab and it's sometimes hard to get a good photo of him. I just take about 100 shots and end up with a couple good ones (I find NOT using a flash helps). :)
ReplyDeleteI actually read an article about how black dogs are usually the ones left the longest in shelters, and it was suggested that a part of the reason is because they don't photograph well, so they don't get as much attention on websites and such.
