Point Pleasant Park Today

Today me and Buttercup went down to Point Pleasant Park for a walk.
It was the first time we'd been there since Teddy died - we used to go there every weekend for small dog walks - we'd go without Charlie and Daisy so that Teddy and Buttercup could pretend like they lived by themselves as small dogs and ruled the world and could act like proper small dogs and run around and act crazy and everybody just thought they were the cutest things in the world - instead of everyone only seeing the huge black and tan dogs running around thinking they were going to kill their dogs.
When we took a rest at the Purcell's Cove ferry landing Buttercup took her job of protecting me very seriously and made sure no dogs got anywhere near the bench we were sitting on. She scoped out everybody going by and made sure everyone passed muster.
Buttercup looking through the rungs of the bench so she can see who's coming to see whether or not she should attack them so she can protect me and the groceries she think is in my pocket! haha!
