I Love Having Friends Who Can Cook

I miss eating real food sometimes. Yum. Pork loin. Steak. New potatoes. Snow peas. Poached salmon. I love it all. My husband used to occasionally say to me - "do you want me to show you how to cook what I'm making here?" And I'd say quizzacally - "why?" Of course now I know! haha! So my life of toast and ice cream is punctuated by trips to my parents and my friend Janet's house - and Janet also runs a doggy day care so she's always got lots of dogs sleeping over - which is an opportunity to get pictures of cute dogs too!





This is Buttercup taking a moment off from guarding me from all the other burly dogs who were trying to win my attention.
